Learn how to change your eating habits to include more real food.


This is a 6 week in person workshop mini.  Many of us have good intentions every year.  However, we may not realize all the components that create our success.  At times, the hidden ingredients in the foods we buy (that are often misrepresented by the seller) can begin to create hurdles for us.  Other times, we may not realize how important it is to understand what our natural habits are, and then to work with that reference point in mind for long term success.

You could continue to shift your eating habits on your own; however, we have discovered that it is much more enjoyable when you have a supportive community with everyone pulling in the same direction…toward strength, longevity, and disease free living.  This is not a diet.  It is a new way of seeing the food you eat, and shifting your entire paradigm once and for all.  It’s understanding the role that nutrition plays in your health, and creating a better relationship with your food.
